Provo Children’s Book Festival

For those of you who live in or near Utah – or who may just want an excuse to come visit – The Provo City Library is hosting the “Provo Children’s Book Festival” on Saturday, May 17.  I’ve been asked to be on a panel at 10:00 a.m. with two other local authors: Ann Cannon and Laurel Brady.  I’ll also be signing books from 11:00 to 12:30.  I hope to see some of you there!  Here are the details:

Time: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: Provo City Library, 550 North University Ave.

Audience: all ages.  Special invitations are going out to librarians and teachers. 

Description of Events: during that day we will have the following

            Brimhall Room: continuous readings and Q&A by young adult and middle grade authors

            Children’s Library: continuous readings by picture book authors and illustrators

            Bullock Room: panels and school presentations

            Ballroom: food, signings, activity booths, story characters, raffles

Multipurpose Room: book sales
